Monthly Membership Meeting - March 15th, 2010The next Monthly Membership Meeting of the Potomac Valley Shetland Sheepdog Club (PVSSC) will take place on Monday, March 15th, 2010, at 7:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Dunn Loring Firehouse (2148 Gallows Road, Dunn Loring, VA). Free and open to the public.Following a short business meeting, Joannie Rhodes will give us some basic grooming tips applicable to everyone’s dog. Joannie is a professional groomer and staff member of the Aldie Veterinary Hospital in South Riding, VA. She has a wealth of experience, having groomed animals, principally dogs, for over 25 years. Joanie has had other careers, including managing a boarding kennel for a number of years. After working for a bank for several years, she realized that her true calling was working with animals. At home, she has numerous pets and farm animals, including one sheltie.Refreshments. 50/50 Raffle! Bring your dog and meet other Sheltie owners and breeders.
